Serious Post Title?

It's the time of the year again. Well, what do you call something you do five times a year? Quinannual? Pentaanually? These questions, and more, will never actually be answered on this blog. Anyhoo, we cleaned out Charlie's camera. Don't worry, it's not like the last post I did that, where it was all pictures of her rug. Or the one before that was all pictures of her face. No, no, this one is much more blurry!
The first bunch comes from Canada. Which means their .2% more adorable than any photo taken in the US, which might account for the blur, who knows.
I love this first one. You can't really see what's going on but you know ain't good!

Quinn took full advantage of the camera.

Sprinting around the backyard! For some reason the text is covered up!
Lisa and Zac
Brianna hamming it up. Doesn't the second pic look like an album cover for a 90's alt band? I'm just saying I can hear the vaguely political, guitar heavy music. And it' makes me nostalgic for the good old days. Where does one buy flannel these days? Urban Outfitters? Hot Topic?
Random cottage pics.

Cars.

For some reason Charlie's camera took pictures in yellow for a while. Either that or our house is in the aquarium from Finding Nemo (you know the part after Nemo works Gill's plan to plug up the air pump with a rock so the dentist has to change the water and they can all try to get away. But it doesn't work).
Blurry boy!

I let Charlie take the camera into school for Show and Tell. Her only rule was to only take pictures when her teacher told her it was ok. It looks like they're mostly eating lunch or using markers. The pics are blurry but I'm pretty sure they're not eating the markers. But, knowing Charlie, she could be using her lunch to draw a picture.

Ironing Broad
On a trip to Boston. Charlie got to walk Gustav, who's half yellow lab, half corgi. We saw Anne and Neil's new condo (which is nice and has almost the exact same super nice huge built-in china hutch) as their old place), Bev, Maura & Alice as well as Josh and Julia (pronounced Yosh and Julia).
It's always good to hang out with these people since they are not young children. Some may have them, yes, but they have much better conversation skills and are slightly less distracted by shiny objects.More Asher at the Table shots. No clue why he's shirtless.

Our kids at A Taste of Wallingford. Which is basically a bunch of food stands and a band in the distance. And fire trucks and face painting.
I took Charlie over to the Police tent - they had a lot of freebies. I talked with the two police women there for a while. When I was done, Dianna asked me what "that was all about." I figure, right now, I have a girlie girl who likes pink and princesses, it's not going to hurt showing her that women carry guns too. Do I want her to be a cop? No. Do I want her to know the options there? Yes. Also, letting her know what pepper spray is, at a young age, might help her out later in life.

Some good Asher shots. If I had my choice for Christmas cards (all of my ideas are rejected) I'd do it like the first pic. A way far off shot.
In a few days I'll put up the pic of Asher sleeping tonight. He curled himself into a corner and fell asleep. So here are a few of the ridiculous sleep pics we have now. First, it didn't actually cover his mouth or nose. Second, it's an afghan so there's plenty of air holes if need be.

Just a cute picture.
And Charlie right before bath time. The last of the face paint . . . for now.
